I had forgotten about this ol' thang. today was a really nostalgic day for me. i'm nearing a mid-life crisis and here i am reading my old facebook. life is good, i'm happy here in boston. i just want to figure out what i should do with my life. i have thousands of ideas and cant study them all.

so today i went to a specialist doctor to get my shoulders examined and it turns out that i have a rare condition called crepidis. in his 17 years of practicing i was about one out of a dozen cases he'd seen of it. there are fluid pockets in my scapula that make that popping sound and inflame the muscles around it, causing the pain that i so ( Read more... )
