I got the call at 6:40 this morning that my grandmother passed away.  I feel terrible.  Yesterday I had arranged for flowers to be sent to her room and I had told the florist they could be delivered either that day (yesterday) or today. This is so freakin bizarre.  Forgive me if I ramble but I'm pissed. We ordered our playsystem on April 28 with an install date of May 21.  The sales guy said I'd get a call the night before with a delivery time.  On May 19th I get a call from Rainbow (which showed up on my caller ID) telling me that I would have to be rescheduled to the 25th (today ( Read more... )
