I spent 3 hours this morning doing domestic chores for my surrogate grandparents who live down the street. It is hot (old people are always cold, thus they rarely turn on the AC) and tedious work, but they are so happy when I come over and I think it really helps them

Oh yeah, you have a pool... Me and Andrew keep talking about how we wish we had a pool. Maybe someday we can come over ;)

I tried to make sushi by myself the other day. I got all of the stuff (except raw fish) and it didn't come out too bad.
Still not the same as a restaurant, we should plan a date soon.
