alas, i do not have facebook or twitter accounts and probably never will. those particular modes of communication and connection do not appeal very much to me.

however, i am indeed around, and alive. :) most of my time is devoted to tasks of self-care and safety/survival. but there is joy alongside, through, and beyond the difficulty.
