Due to the complexity of the issues surrounding the case and lack of "causal need" the judge did not agree with the plan signed by both the petitioner and the Respondent to bifurcate the case, even though all legal contingencies have been accounted for and agreed upon by all parties ( Read more... )

Today was a status update for The disillusionment of marriage.

The Judge wants to wait until the Adjudication process (DNA test) has been completed, before making any decisions whatsoever.

Continuance of Status update On February 25th.

Fairly close to how I thought it would happen... but I still hoped for a resolution.
