I think I am the busiest I have ever been in my life. Trying to balance a lot of different things. I'm taking 6 credits more than what counts for being a fulltime student. Weekly radio show. Just finished a new tape release. About to miss nearly a weeks worth of classes to play a festival. Just wrote about 20 pages worth of two research papers over ( Read more... ) -
OWLS
I've been rather ill the past week. Sunday I vomited all night long. It may have been a short case of the flu, or it may have been a symptom of a greater problem (stones of calcium) which also caused my kidneys to bleed. I've been really irritable lately. Just got this PC working, and I'm kinda really pumped. A cute dog peed on my backpack. I left all my homework, notebooks, textbooks 150 miles away on accident. Holy fucking crap its cold out. It's not even Halloween and it snowed already last night! The winds have been howling like crazy, sounding like a big bellowing monster in the distance. Apparently the wind formed this huge whirlwind kind of shape and we've had record low barometric pressure. A volcano also erupted in Indonesia in the past day or two ( Read more... ) -

The leaves have been falling quick. Its that familiar time of year when I think about all the old patterns I'm still stuck in... cycles that I wonder if I will ever break. A few people had been telling me for a while I should get my own radio show this semester. I have one now. At first I was adhering to this rule where they made me play 4 songs out of their "new releases" section per hour. WAKE
So I just saw Inception earlier. I was pretty satisfied... aside from the soundtrack making it so melodramatic. God! The mix of ambient noises and cinematography were excellent and mixed well with the music, but the melodies that were used felt so cheap to me. Not in a monetary kind of way.
