I'm going to wait and buy it at the local Borders (assuming the store's still there in September; there are rumors floating that the corporation is having issues). If not, I'll drive to whatever nearest bookstore I can find, even if it's in the next town, but I am buying this one at the first opportunity. Wheeeee!

Love the review. Laughed at the email addresses and other editorials.
How about a contest (best review written without reading the book, best dentist limerick, best decadent recipe...) with the prize an early copy (how early you can decide, just make it before September) of Chalice??? The contest could inaugurate your new blog...
(can't blame me for trying and you might say yes)
As for my garden, we had snow/rain today. No crocuses for me. I am also jealous of Susan of Athens balcony.

*********** LOL! I like the best review without having read the book, except I'd have to specify that it has to be FUNNY. No 'this is the best book I've ever read and destined to go down in the history of literature as blah blah blah'. Although dentist limericks and decadent recipes are good too . . . I'd end up with about six prize winners though, like I did last time, and the POSTAGE starts to add up. . . .

Pah! You do know that any one of the potential delerious winners would be more than happy to ante up postage in return for a book of yours!!!
