Amanda had the sniffles yesterday. I called her "Sniffalapagus". She doesn't watch Sesame Street, so the point was lost on her.
But she explained that she had to sniff because she had "nose water" in her nose. -

Around noon today, I dropped the kids off at Deanna's house after a quick stop at the library. Then I went to Fred Meyers and bought myself two pairs of shorts because pants are too uncomfortable in this heat. I also bought some groceries ( Read more... ) -

Pooped on Alexander's comforter.
Peed on Amanda's blanket.
Got caught up in the tablecloth and pulled it down, along with a full cup of milk. No damage there, but annoying to mop up.
After the Amanda nausea this morning, I'm so grateful we have a washer and dryer in our house. ( Read more... )
