I am slowly gaining weight I think. I am hovering around 120 pounds. I think I need to eat more fast food. It's not a good long term solution because it's unhealthy to consume, but it seems like you can get a lot of calories at once every time you go to one. Yesterday whatever sickness I've had this turned into a sinus infection I think. The whole day I felt just on the verge of sneezing and was dizzy from the sinus pressure. Working a really short day is very pleasing. Soon it will be warm and I will have time to just be outside. Even the lawn work I am excited to start, pulling out old bushes and stuff like that. I gave up coffee for lent. I don't really know why, but it's over now and I am drinking coffee again. The first time I had it again it made me terribly anxious and depressed, or rather it just exacerbated those issues. If it didn't give me insomnia I would probably start drinking alcohol again. I have decided to not bother with trying to strip the woodwork. It will be easier to just paint over it. A few of the baseboards I am replacing because they were chipped up and I started to strip them, so now it will be easier and safer to just take them out. I started to strip the woodwork and it wasn't going as quickly as I wanted it to, so I researched some different options and in doing so I became very worried about lead paint. The carpeting is all removed from the first floor of the new house, but the wood underneath it is not great. At some point in history, it looks like the floor was painted, but only on the edges; the centers of the rooms are just raw wood. They must have put decorative carpets over those areas.
