That book cocktail hasnt turned out so good. I still find it interesting but its rather cruel and it has that concetiedness of a an author who has a chip on his shoulder and uses his book as his revenge against everyone that did him wrong. havent updated for a while. R was away for Christmas, had three weeks to myself and loved it, although walking and feeding the dogs twice a day started to become a bit much by the last week. I hit it rather hard this weekend. A good bike ride on Saturday and a good trail run on Sunday. By Sunday afternoon my legs felt sore and I knew by Monday they would be stiff for sure. Still running good and riding twice a week. I wanted to say how much a bit of competition helps. Did a spectacular run yesterday. It was 8km but all pretty high intensity. As usual my mind starting writing as words flowed through my brain. Ive been going pretty well with the workouts. I had my weight again down in the 69kilo range for a day or two, then had a bad week with junk food and not so much exersize and it kicked straight up to 73 again!
