Shoulder has begun to hurt to the point that not even painkillers dull it much. It's gotten significantly worse in the last few days, making me wonder if I complicated the injury somehow.

If this is something that requires surgery I'm kinda boned.

I just spent about 50 minutes looking through the local colleges class schedules to pick out a set of courses that wouldn't overlap, wouldn't interfere too much with work, and would give me the required credits to satisfy my pell grant conditions only to be abruptly reminded that I haven't paid the admissions fee yet and am therefore not actually a

..because as soon as I do the video card on our gaming computer decides to fry itself.

If it's 'scheduled' maintenance, why do you never let your customers know about it ahead of time?

...in an introspective moment earlier, I realized I've had a species change.

Back in high school and for a few years after I was known as 'Wolf'. Friends even called me that.

Now, I am 'Squirrel', apparently.

I swear...if it CAN go wrong, it inevitably WILL.

To the people who read this journal and keep in contact with me, I'd appreciate it if you kept on my back about getting all this stuff for going to school done so I don't get lazy and let it slide.
