So, we all got over our colds a couple of weeks ago, but yesterday my throat started getting sore.  And at 4 this morning the kiddo woke up with a fever, complaining that his ear hurt.  This just isn't right!

My mother just recently gave David a set of blocks that have letters and numbers and pictures on them; last night David started telling us what the letters were.  He knows numbers from 0-10, and my mother was astonished that he also knows most of the letters.  We're not really sure where he picked them up, since Michael says the two of them only ( Read more... )

David is pretty much potty trained. He's been working on it for months, and now finally he tells us (most of the time) when he has to go. Yay!

My mom's dog likes chewing on David's socks and carrying them away, and David doesn't like leaving his socks on, which usually just means that if you want to find David's socks you have to find the dog first -- but yesterday the dog was nibbling on the socks while they were still on David's feet; he wasn't impressed, and kept saying "No bite!
