I love that when I'm reading aloud to Ryan in the car, if I get to a part that makes me cry and I have to read through tears, he looks over and touches my face and says, "I love you."

I learned of this Sunday night, but it happened about a month ago. My mom didn't want to tell me because she was afraid I'd freak out. She said after it happened she pulled over and sobbed. She hasn't had anything like this happen to her in forty years of driving.

Ethan has been begging to hold baby Andrew since they brought him home nearly three months ago. Finally granted permission, his face underwent a metamorphosis of expression to such an extent that Ryan was able to capture nearly twenty photos of different expressions in mere moments.

Our little mini-vacay to St. George was refreshing and enjoyable.

Mother's Day was good.

I can't believe I've been this boy's mother for three Mother's Days (four, if you count the pregnancy).

Me and my cute lil' bestie. I really am loving where we're at right now. I absolutely adore being the mother of one.
