I discovered a wonderful benefit to going to occassions such as weddings and bar mitzvahs last night. It's amazing what you can do without working for things. For instance, I got three strands of Mardi Gras beads without showing my boobs to anyone!!!

I went to the Eileen Ivers concert in Peekskill, NY last night. Standing outside as people were filing in, i leaned against the wall to watch. I saw a couple and their two teenage girls coming to the theatre. I went to an apple orchard in Connecticut yesterday. It was the first time i'd ever gone apple picking, and it was a lot of fun. The best part was, on the way back to the car, the parking attendant (who had been waving an orange flag to direct traffic) got tired.
