I can't believe that almost an entire year has gone by without me posting here.  It has been such a crazy year.  I want to try to start writing here more frequently.

Let me start off by saying that I have some of the best friends in the world!!  I lived with my friend, Kathy, for 3 months, and she was a true lifesaver.  If it hadn't been for her,

Hi, Rubyjules! So glad to hear from you again! My life has changed in so many ways since I took that little journal of yours on a trip up the east coast of Australia. I went to Washington, and I've been around the world four times since then. Next week I'm off to New Zealand and then the BookCrossing convention in Melbourne.

I live for the smiles and hugs of my online friends. And one day I'll give you a heartfelt hug. Just sys the name "RubyJules" to me and my face lights up!
