That awesome African Grey parrot Alex, the one who made up the word "bananaberry" for apples because he didn't know what they were called (which indicates a high level of understanding of language and creativity, as well as a desire to communicate verbally even when inconvienient) died last week. Inspired by my new haircut, and the fact that fall's a-comin', and the fact that I have some awesometastic new over-the-knee boots, I've decided to go more mod for fall.
