Back in Cape Town for 3 weeks

So we've been back two weeks, and have finally managed to upload our trip photos to flicker here.
While labeling the peaks I found this handy site Peakfinder, with all the info on all the peaks you could possibly want. Like Mount Chephren, named after a pharaoh during the 1920's egyptmania.

Along the Icefields Parkway
From Banff, we headed to Lake Louise, then up to Jasper along the Icefields Parkway. Known as one of the most spectacular drives in the world, it certainly lived up to that reputation, as every turn had epic vistas and stunning scenery. We ran out of superlatives ( Read more... ) -
