I was walking Tika down the street at about midnight last night and didn't realize a storm had rolled in until HELLO LIGHTNING BOLT. It hit a telephone pole about fifty yards away from where I was standing, absolutely no warning what-so-ever, and all the streetlamps went out briefly before flickering back on one by one.
