My VCR now eats tapes. I found this out before sitting down and watching Dawn's VHS, which leaves me with both happy and sad feelings about the event. Needless to say, the foot-wide screen has few redeeming qualities now besides that it's color and we now have cable running into it. The zombie costume went very well. I got some good feedback, and since I decided I might be able to pull it off, I had only worked on it for about ten minutes of testing and an hour of putting it together. The makeup is apparently about as effective as I first thought! This could make tomorrow just a tad more interesting.

Now I need a good way to temporarily whiten most of my body. WOW does not count, as it has to be by tomorrow.

Today in the computer lab, waiting for my next class and mourning the absence of my notecards for my spech I spied that the person next to me had a copy of Watchmen. I came home to find our neighbor's cat put to rest rather unceremoniously in the street. Although it was obviously recent, nobody had made an effort to see whose it was; I suppose that's halfway natural, since you have the shame of speeding and somebody's dearly loved pet as the cost.
