Wow, it has been 8 years since I posted here. Can't believe I remembered my password. It seems most of my friends from here have also moved on.

I got my admission ticket in the mail today to take the first actuary exam. I'm really excited. This is a very important step for me in moving on to a new career. The schedule with my current job is killing me.
Getting a job in the actuarial field would mean normal hours and a lot more money, but might require relocating.

I finally got around to getting a picture of my wife posted. I took this one back in December at my nephew's engagement party.
Tonight is our one year anniversary. woooohoooo for us.

For those of you who didn't take me off your friends list during my long absence, I thought I'd give a little update. I got married Monday. It's still sinking in, but so far I'm loving it.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone else noticed that over the last couple of days they have gotten a lot less spam? Normally I get quite a bit, but have gotten next to none this weekend. I only thought about it because I read where two men in Virgina were arrested under the state's new spam law.
