I think this phrase of Douglas' applies well to Palin. She speaks and this word salad pours out. I'm not really sure what she's saying half the time. So krautboy's post here reminded me that back in the 80s when my family didn't have cable I watched music videos on V66, the local Boston music video chanel.

It might not have been quite as cool as MTV, but at the time I thought it was wicked awesome.
