I have favorites, and less favorites among your songs, but If it makes any difference, being not a reviewer at all, I love your music and look forward to every chance I get to see you perform. And tell everyone who asks about my Lost Girls shirt the story behind it, sending them your way.

Everything we do can't please everyone, equally, but on the balance? Your songs are a source of light in my life. And comfort in the shadows.

When I was a kid, my dad often told me, "Take what you can use and discard the rest." Of course, I have yet to get really good at following his advice. The stuff that stings stays with me far longer than I should let it...refuse or not. I'm working on getting better about that though. About not holding onto the refuse. Anyway, what you've said here is a good reminder of his words...a reminder I need from time to time. Thank you for this. Also, I've got your back too.
