Zhanwei has been promoted to level BIG 1, instead of just level 1...
Spent most of the day trying to catch up with [House, m.d.]. I'm up to episode 12 of season 5 so pretty soon I'll be able to watch all the new shows each week. I'm stoked for that. I am pleased to report that the cockroach situation is now under control. After 2 days of gassing, gluing, and baiting the kitchen and bathroom, there have been only a handful of roach sightings, most of which have been carcasses. Apparently, I fail at moving. The packing and transporting of oneself and one's one belongings, I've got that down. But all the other aspects, nope.- ID card : I thought I needed a piece of mail to get this done, but apparently I just have to show up present all the ID I have and they'll give me a NY driver's license for $10! Sweet~

I watched "Ponyo on a Cliff" and found it to be a very endearing movie. I haven't seen all of Miyazaki's films, but I do enjoy his more recent works. I saw one of his earlier ones once, something about a plane or hot air balloon; it obviously wasn't that memorable. Today we went to Central Park and if you ever go to NY, you have to go to Central Park. It's a really really nice park. And I know parks, I've been to tons and this one is definitely tops. Yesterday was special. In a very not-so-pleasant way. Why? Oh...I moved to Queens, NY. And sadly, excited I am not.
