I have been in a rather blah state of mind.
I was sick for a week with some god awful summer flu. What a crock, it was
so bad. At one point I had a fever of 102.5 I was freaking out.
So anyway I am back in the saddle.

Mom and I went for a 1 mile walk yesterday.We went to The trail April and I started before she got sick.

She said she hopes to be out and about again by next week. She had her

Missouri weather can bite my ass! This is by far the most horrible spring break the kids around here have had to endure. The sun has not popped out since last Saturday. It's very disturbing, and it's real easy to convince yourself that a black cloud is hovering over you, because in fact it fucking is. Ack!

I haven't spoke to April since Monday morning. She has surgery this Thursday. The best thing I can do is just say a prayer for the surgery and all. But it's  fairly common so I am not real worried. I have had the flu all week long. My ears have hurt, my neck and lymph nodes are swollen and tender to the touch. My nose is plugged up to the point I can barely breath because my throat is damn near swollen shut...:(...And to top it off I have a fever sooo bad. The place we intended to go to was closed, then J and I got

in a screaming match on the way home.

I ended up sleeping alone.
