In the park near my office, there is a trail designed for mountain biking, which I've started including in my walks. It's a nice change from the mostly shade-free paved path.

I stopped by the C+CC on my way home tonight to pick up something I had forgotten. No one was around and most of the lights were off, except those at the Tabernacle and those above the baptismal font. Some light was still coming through the skylight above the font as well. Nerds were big in lunches when I was a kid, though I think I was in college before I tried them. They seem to be making something of a comeback. I think the anthropomorphized candy blobs on the packaging are funny. FYI: If you buy some, don't eat the whole box at once, unless you WANT a sugar crash.
