So after half an hour of baking, both loaves are doing okay.
I got a little panicky and slashed the free-form loaf after 20 minutes because it looked hard. Oh well. I meant to slash it before putting it in. We'll see what this turns into.
So I left it to rise overnight and it got big. Then I looked up the recipe again and noticed that my Le Creuset is only 3½ cups instead of 5 ½, so I would probably run out of room.
I divided the dough into two. One will go the full run and the other will be free-form.
