So I went to my insurance company to file a claim with them and with the insurance company of the asshole who hit me. I'm really hoping that despite he is an 18 year old guy that he will take responsibility for causing an accident. But... I get this feeling that it really won't be that easy. It'll be like a battle of the bands except with insurance

Yeah some idiot made a left turn when the light was green (for me) there was no green arrow, I didn't run a yellow or red light and he hit me. Stacey was in the car with me too.
