I realized lately that my knowledge of good music is painfully lacking. The playlist in my iTunes is brimming with safe, top 40 fare that is mostly going on a decade old. It's sort of like a time capsule.

try the Pushstars. They're from Boston, so you should be able to find a cd in your neck of the woods. Maybe I'll burn you a cd and actually find time to mail it to you (if you send me your new address!)

I actually have the same problem... I pretty much hate most music from the last 5 years...

I have an incredibly random, yet important, question for you. I have open house until about 8 tomorrow night my time. I'm going to try and call you then. Maybe the 4 month long game of phone tag can end... you think?

I can't really help you. Apart from a couple of songs here and there, my iTunes playlist reads like a top hits compilation from 1962 to 1995. :-p
