NIGHTSHIFT 43.
- Awakening [M105]. Introduction to Jun.
- Trading names with Jun [M-C Block Hallway].
- First encounter with a monster (attacking Giovanni, off-thread) [West Wing, North Hall 1-B].
- Feigning sickness at the sight of blood, they stumble outside, encountering Chise. Explosions are made [Recreational Field].
- Leaping over the Courtyard wall, they land and examine their wounds, meeting Venom [Courtyard].
- Entering the building once again to escape missiles, they begin to hallucinate [Cafeteria].
- Searching for bandages; their deaths begin. Jun leaves to perish privately while Venom vomits blood - which causes Edward to attack in a bloodlust [Kitchen].
END RESULT:
- Second-degree burns along his left arm, starting near his shoulder to just past his elbow, as well as on the outside of his left thigh, ending around his knee. Smaller burn on his left cheek, curling around from under his eye and down the left side of his neck. Painful, reoccurring headache. Irises are bright red. No items gained.
- Witnesses hallucinations of his dead mother and begins to feel the effects of the spanish influenza.
- Meets Jun Kurosu & Venom "Lant".
- Summary:
DAYSHIFT 44.
- Extremely awkward breakfast with Jun and Venom, briefly touching upon their "deaths" [Cafeteria].
- Meets Endrance; discovers Chise was "specially counseled" [Sun Room].
- Short shower [Men's Showers (for children)].
- Arts & Crafts; meets Harvey Dent, does a bit of fourth-wall breaking, and is covered in glitter [Arts & Crafts Room].
- Dinner with Jun; the latter decides to remain in their room [Dinner].
NIGHTSHIFT 44.
- Leaves his room [M111-M120 Hallway].
- Worry and moving [West Wing North Hall 1-B].
- Moving [West Wing South Hall 1-B].
- Stalked by Venom; acquires a weapon and the two meet Rolo. [Main Hallway 1-West].
- Move upstairs; answers Rolo's questions about Japan [Stairwell by Nurse's Station 1-B].
- Rests for a minute in a hallway before continuing to follow Venom [Main Hall, 2-West].
- Steps into the area above the Sun Room and is affected by Albedo's Song of Nephilim [Main Hall, 2-Center].
- Breaks into the Pharmacy and downs some pills; Rolo attacks him during his episode [Pharmacy].
END RESULT:
- Acquires a dinner knife from Venom.
- Confuses Rolo on the definition of England.
- Is affected by the Song of Nephilim, and gradually loses his sanity, spouting proverbs and quotes.
- Enters the pharmacy and takes a handful of anti-psychotic pills (Seroquel).
- When the pills do not take affect, he digs a nail into a burn scab to focus his mind on the pain.
- Unthinkingly reads Rolo's mind and voices the boy's thoughts out loud, enraging him and making Rolo strike him with a baseball bat.
- ... the bat breaks.
- Summary:
DAYSHIFT 45.
- Considers murdering Rolo and meets Miku [Cafeteria].
- Wonders if he can be disembowled [Cafeteria].
- Plays chess with Venom (and wins) and the two confront a RL-event affected "Spike" (Rolo) [Game Room].
- Discusses cured patients with Jun [M114]..
NIGHTSHIFT 45.
- After leaving Jun, he begins to think of Bella. Prompt depression [West Wing, North Hall 1-B].
- After entering the next hall, he is overwhelmed by the smells of humans. He breaks off in the female bathroom to purge his stomach of human food [West Wing, South Hall 1-B].
- Literally runs into Bella [Main Hallway, 1-West].
- Has a panic attack over Bella before Emmett and his roommate Morgan (Mello) interrupt [Stairwell by Nurse's Station 1-B].
- All four head up to the Pharmacy for pain medication [Main Hallway 2-West].
- They gather medicine [Pharmacy].
END RESULT:
- Panic attacks about being without Bella.
- Panic attacks about Bella being in Landel's.
- Meets up with Emmett and Mello; all of them collect medicine.
- Acquires a varied amount of medcine, mostly pain killers and morphine (pills).
DAYSHIFT 46.
- Breakfast with Bella [Cafeteria].
- Meeting with Abe; they share mental images of fishmen and vampires [Sun Room].
- Meet-up with Emmett and Bella; memorizes Bella's map [Sun Room, after lunch].
NIGHTSHIFT 46.
- Leaving his room [West Wing, North Hallway 1-B].
- Attacked by a wave of hunger, he meets up with Venom and quickly gives him a copy of a map and pain pills [Main Hallway, 1-West].
- Though consciously wanting to follow Bella, he follows the scent of blood and finds an injured Dean alone. He attacks and Bella interrupts, keeping him from killing Dean [West Wing, South Hall 1-A].
- Needing to get away from the smell of blood, he drags himself and Bella away [Main Hallway, 1-West].
END RESULT:
- Gives Venom a copy of Bella's map and a bottle of morphine and pain-killing pills.
- Feeds off of Dean, getting a knife wound in his torso in the process.
- Bella wraps his wound with scraps of her shirt.
DAYSHIFT 47.
- Quarreling with Bella about her quest to get bandages [Cafeteria].
- Cockblocking Sam and Bella's meeting [Sun Room].
- BULLETIN: information about "Jack".
- Speaking with Emmett about the visit to the Pharmacy [Cafeteria].
NIGHTSHIFT 47.
- Leaving his room [West Wing, North Hallway 1-B].
- Moving slowly because of Dean's knife wound, he makes his way towards Bella's room [West Wing, South Hall 1-B].
- He eventually stumbles and falls, reopening the wound, but keeps going forward [Main Hallway, 1-West].
- He runs into Bella on his way upstairs, assuming she has gone to the Pharmacy. Using her as a crutch, he re-wraps his wound with her first-aid kit [Stairwell by Nurse's Station 1-B].
- Moving back towards his room [Main Hallway, 1-West].
- Still moving [West Wing, South Hall 1-B].
- Edward collapses into his bed and takes comfort in simply sitting the rest of the night with Bella [ M111-M120 Hallway].
END RESULT:
- Reopens the knife wound, but re-wraps it with fresh bandages.
DAYSHIFT 48
- A short lunch with Bella, where she worries over his wound [Cafeteria].
- The very important meeting with Venom, in which they officially begin their partnership: Venom obtains blood for Edward to drink and Edward agrees to provide his medical knowledge and ability to detect chemicals in blood to aid Venom's investigations [Sun Room (Fourth Shift)].
NIGHTSHIFT 48
- Edward ignores Venom's orders, of course leaving to go find Bella [West Wing, North Hall 1-B].
- He tentatively tests his wound, now scarred over, gradually becoming more hungry because of the blood burned to regenerate him [West Wing, South Hall 1-B].
- Meeting up with Bella, they share a kiss, then decide to go outside [F31-F40 Hallway].
- Moving through the hallways [West Wing, South Hall 1-B].
- Moving [West Wing, South Hall 1-A].
- Going outside, they run into a SC Emmett before retreating [Recreational Field].
END RESULT:
- Edward gets some lip-lovin'... and sees his brainwashed brother.
DAYSHIFT 49
- On the way to Doyleton, Edward speaks to Venom. The two agree on a mission involving acquiring sunglasses - to hide Edward's red eyes and Venom's face [Bus 3].
- They go down Main Street, picking out Callahan's as the first store to investigate [Morning - Main Street].
- Venom investigates the supposed vandalized town, as Doyleton has broken windows and graffiti staining its atmosphere. Meanwhile, Edward steals three pairs of sunglasses [Callahan's Grocer].
- Edward gifts Venom a pair, and the two pose [Morning - Main Street].
- While moving down the street, Sora waves at Venom and the two say hello to him before they're bullied into going into the Tasty Burger [Noon - Main Street].
- Inside the restaurant, Edward and Venom grill Sora on the night when the town's residents changed into zombies, discovering that the nurses change at night as well. They establish a clear connection between Doyleton and the institute, but are unsure what to make of it [Tasty Burger].
- When forceably kept inside the Tasty Burger during a particularly hard part of Doyleton's storm, Edward runs into Sam again when the other... falls into his ice cream. A second, incredibly awkward conversation is had. [Late Afternoon - Tasty Burger].
- Another short bus ride with Venom [Evening - Bus 2].
NIGHTSHIFT 49
- Knowing that Venom is going to be dropping blood off at his room, he decides to be very quick about getting to Bella's room [M111-M120 Hallway].
- Getting to Bella's room and finding she's left with Claire [F31-F40 Hallway].
- Cue freaking the fuck out once he gets back to his room. Venom agrees to help him find Bella so they may continue their work; Edward gets his first full meal [M111-M120 Hallway].
- Moving [M-C Block Hallway].
- Intending to check the Rec Field, since that was the last place he went to with Bella [West Wing, North Hall 1-B]. First portal.
- Disoriented by the teleportation, they find themselves in a room neither has been in... and promptly throw themselves back out the door [Meeting Room 1]. Second portal.
- This time they fall into the refrigerator and Venom has a serious claustrophobic episode while Edward steals a water bottle [Second Floor Refrigerator]. Third portal.
- They then find themselves in Venom's asssassin guild, where Edward follows Venom's frantic search for his employees. They are attacked by a pair of mimics - the first appears as Zato, nearly getting Venom to attack Edward before it makes a mortal mistake and the two combine their powers to slaughter it. The second mimic runs and they give chase [Home World - Assassins' Guild]. Fourth portal.
- They land back in Landel's. Edward is immensely irritated by his lost prey and kicks open the next door [Doctor’s Office 8]. Fifth portal.
- Now in the Pharmacy, they take a moment to restock before leaving again [Pharmacy]. Sixth portal.
- Now in Edward's world of Forks, he promptly has a nearly complete mental breakdown. Convinced Bella must be there, they begin at the Cullen house, taking Edward's Aston Martin to drive to Bella's house. He searches for her frantically, taking Charlie's double-barreled shotgun and a photo of her. They begin to drive towards the meadow [Homeworld - Forks, Washington]. Seventh portal.
- Edward and Venom literally fall back into Landel's world, stumbling over each other in the darkness [Forest].
END RESULT:
- A trip to both Edward and Venom's homeworlds. Edward finds out who Zato is.
- Acquires a 12 gauge side-by-side shotgun (Charlie's).
- Edward discovers that Venom really hates cars.
- Summary:
DAYSHIFT 50
- Obsessive cling to Bella is go. They argue, of course: Edward wants her to wait for him in her room the coming night, and she disagrees [Sun Room].
- Edward grouches at Venom, having found out Emmett was released. Bad idea [Cafeteria].
- Edward meets Claire, Bella's roommate. Though previously enraged by someone taking Bella away at night, he actually likes her for being so nice [Recreational Field].
NIGHTSHIFT 50
- While planning to go to Bella's room, Venom throws open his door and throws a syringe at his face. Edward gets over this rude action and tastes the blood, recognizing it as Venom's and detecting no chemical component in it [M111-M120 Hallway].
- Moving [West Wing, North Hall 1-B].
- Metting up with Bella half-way to her room [West Wing, South Hall 1-B].
- They head back to Bella's room to grab her weapon [F-A Block Hallway].
- Bella finds her engagement ring; Edward bitches about her hurting herself on glass. He inspects her wound and tries not to eat her [F31-F40 Hallway].
END RESULT:
- ... a lot of bitching and a test of Venom's blood.
