Educating yourself is the best way to ensure sucess. I also think refusing the hospital bag with the formula helped. I never wanted to give her formulabut sometimes the temptation is enough for some people. Also the women in are great.

Some things I am wondering about now -

Do I use my OB/GYN? Does she come to the hospital to deliver??

Do I want to/can I use a midwife too? How do I find one?

I'm going in today to my GP because of a check-up for my blood pressure, so I'm proceeding from there but am just anxious to learn more. I'm ready the Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy but I would love a book recommendation from you too, if you have one.

BTW you will be a great mentor. In some ways I feel bad that Robin and I have had it so easy in that I won't have personal experience with problems a lot of ppl face like you did.
