So I got to Steve's place about an hour or so ago, and he just got home a half hour ago.  He took me into the barn and what do I see, a 5 day old horse.  It is SUPER TOTALLY AMAZINGLY ADORABLE!!!!  I have not a digicam or else I would have pics posted right now.  I'm sure Steve will let me use his so I can show you guys.  It is just way too cute!  ( Read more... )

Work at the call centre tonight was pretty sucky and boring, but at least it was only a short shift.  I made some pumpkin potato soup today, so I came home, had that and a beer.  Nothing tastes as good to relax with as a cold beer.  Tomorrow I have the whole day to myself until I have to go to the music school at 4:30.  I think I'm going to knit ( Read more... )

Jake had to be put down today.  I feel so bad for my dad because Jake was his shadow since we got him.  My parents and my family really deserve something good to happen.

Well I had the best evening in a long time (aside from when Steve was here).  It started yesterday actually.  I ended up getting a free 20" tv off the website freecycle.org.  Someone in my knitting community had suggested in because they got a ton of yarn for free.  So now I have this really nice TV.  It's a little old, I'd say 15ish years, but ( Read more... )

I've decided that I want to design and put up my own web page, and I want it to be for the sale of my knitting stuff.  I've started designing some patterns and I want to sell those as well as other finished items.  I also have some cross stitch stuff I've designed that I can put up there which would be fun I think.  I'm in the process of installing ( Read more... )
