Well, I went lifting yesterday and I benched and it sucked. I struggled and got a single at 353 lbs raw and then I shirted and did four reps at 400 lbs but I didn't get it all the way down. I loaded up to 442 lbs, and touched, but I got it about 3 inches off my chest and that was it. I couldn't do it. Like I said, it sucked. I tried my old shirt,
