I have new work! I started at a sushi shop that opened almost literally just around the corner from my flat. (Ironically, none of the Japanese restaurants in Aberdeen are Japanese run: The Chef Jang is Korean, Yatai's are Scottish, and Oryza Sushi, where I work, is owned and run by a very nice Chinese woman.)
