So apparently I have 4 cavities. :~( I've never had a cavity before in my life, and am a total wuss, needle-phobic person. They had me set up 2 different appointments, 2 fillings each time. My mom has gout in her foot. I don't know how bad that is, or really what causes it, but I imagine the fact that she's diabetic probably has something to do with it.

*sigh*

Slowly but surely the wedding plans are coming together. We've booked a place, decided on flowers, bought a dress, booked the music, decided on a photographer (that's the most expensive thing-ouch!), and are now looking into tuxes...we also had an engagement photo taken, and that should be in the newspaper this weekend-woohoo!

Ugh..the smoke here is horrendous. I'm just getting over the flu, and now I have to deal with poor air. We have a stage 2 alert right now. Ash is falling from the sky. I sneezed about 20 consecutive times this morning after I went outside and had to take an allergy pill to stop the sneezing/eye irritation/runny and stuffy nose. This sux.

I totally have the heebie jeebies right now. My third grade students found a tick crawling around on the floor here in the music room this morning!!! And I didn't have a lighter or anything, so I wasn't sure what to do. So I grabbed a pair of scissors, and was going to grab it and take it to the bathroom and flush it.
