Baby (uh .. babies) update

Dec 30, 2008 16:17

I'm going to try to put down thoughts here and there throughout this pregnancy. I'm not going to commit to a regular schedule but I'll do my best to write more than I have been writing. If you're not interested in more pregnancy speak, you can of course skip these entries; I'll cut accordingly.

See? Like this! )

How about something like sparkling water with a little fruit juice?

And for the other commenters...I'm not pregnant. I've had this confirmed by medical professionals. :-| (not that they know me, of course, but we are out here)

Oh! Nausea hint- try to sneeze. Everytime I had morning sickness, if I could just sneeze (yeah for allergies for once) it would immediately help eliminate the nausea.

Also the preggo pops (sold at BRU/Motherhood/etc) helped me a bit as well. Strong mints (Altoids) were great too.

And later, I highly recommend the Tums Smoothies - much better than regular tums for when the heartburn kicks in.

Awww the William stuff is just so sweet & precious. I'm so so happy for y'all.

I bled/spotted from 5.5 weeks to 8 weeks with Cash & after my miscarriage the first time around, my sanity was saved by those weekly ultrasounds too.

I second the Preggie Pops recommendation, though I found Altoids Sours had the same effect. And Gaviscon if you get heartburn, I wouldn't have survived my pregnancy without Gaviscon. Even if it does taste like salty fizzy cherry-flavoured ass. It works, in a matter of seconds.
