The great garage cleanout of 2009 part 2
We have some stuff that we're going to send to Goodwill unless anyone here wants it. (We had LOT more but the movers took a bunch of it with them, which made us only too happy. I am thinking they probably do quite a little side business on Craigslist with used furniture and stuff they volunteer to take off the hands of people they move for.)

It could be a lot worse
I spent the morning in the oral surgeon's office, followed by my regular dentist. The oral surgeon extracted my fractured tooth (which was much easier than I thought it would be, since it all came out in one piece, thank goodness.) As many of you know, we bought a new car this weekend. The process was interminable as always, but in the end we are the happy new owners of a new '08 GMC Yukon Denali. Soccermom mobiles
We're in car shopping mode now, what with twins coming and all. We've currently got a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Prius. The total mileage driven on both cars last year was less than 6,000 miles, and we almost never drove both vehicles at the same time.
