okay, the day after offering me a promotion, i got "let go" because some kids offered to intern full time for free.

my bosses offered me an additional set of responsibilities and commensurately higher pay in exchange for more committment to the company. they didn't go so far as requiring a contract or anything, but they'd like me to verbally commit not only to doubling the amount of things i'm responsible for here, but also planning to stay at the company more ( Read more... )
