I went to the counseling center at eight in the a.m. this morning. I was told about how I have social phobia and how I should do something about that. I was told about how I have generalized anxiety disorder and how I can go about doing something about that. I have an appointment with a psychiatrist in about a month and a half. The world is so small. Smaller than we realize. Cars... houses, separating ourselves makes many feel safer. A barrier from the violence and chaos of the outside world. I don't want to feel separated anymore.
