A hectic few weeks
My father passed away three weeks ago, it's almost unreal with him not sitting in his chair telling us to do things and talking his usual form of hilarious stories. Update.
I housesat for my aunt last week, Thursday to Sunday (the 2nd sunday after Thursday) for 10 days, everything went smothely, i was able to do my jobsearch from the internet connection, and the microwave didn't go boom this time. It's been over 5 months since i updated. Not much has changed, i'm still jobseeking, some people are taking the piss out of me (i've sent out 8 application forms this month alone, as well as a ton of spec letters, and had no replies, not even a thanks but no thanks.), quite a few potential employers turn out to be arogant jerks. My god, this is horrible. It's all you read about in the papers these days, "shooting this, shooting that." If the shooter has issues, theirs also the possibility that the mental health services has heard of the shooter before, and considered him to be no threat.
