Wow, had the best scuba experience yet on Sunday.

3 of us went down to about 30m and, as we were coming back up we saw quite a large shoal of coley (aka saithe) and we were just kind of there, swimming with part of the shoal. So amazing!!!

Is my half marathon time which I think is okay for a first attempt. And that's about all I have to say :)

I've been and gone and agreed to do the Glasgow half marathon in September despite never having run more than the few metres required for optimum use of British public transport! And I shook on it so I can't even back out ( Read more... )

Can't believe I forgot to say - everything seems to be OK with scuba club, Diving Officer stepped down and someone else took his place, it's just that this other someone doesn't seem to be as committed to the club but it's way better than losing the club :)

I'll let you know if it makes a difference after tonight's pool session.
