Some days you gotta dance. Live it up while you get the chance, cause when the world doesn't make no sense, and you're feeling just a little too tense, you gotta loosen up those chains and dance.

I have done SO much homework in the past two days. And once again it was mostly catchin up and this weeks homework. However, I didn't have very much catching up to do so that is a bright spot in an otherwise dreary cloud. Oh, and I'm done for the night. YAY! I love working in a metal shop. One of the few place where you can be drilling stuff, look up, look to your boss and nonchaintly say "There's a fire" and then you both finish what you are doing before dealing with it.

Everytime your antifreeze drips there is a dog out there dying.

So, at about 5:30 this morning my car kinda died. I was driving to work from Waltham and before I could even make itout of the city it stalled out numerous times. Now, I knew the end was near for this car that I have driven for the past 4 years but I was not expecting today to be the day, let alone expecting to have to miss work to deal with it. Note to Self: Boston in the rain CAN be as beautiful as a colored whilrwind of fall leaves in Maine. Moral: Must not forget to look for the beauty in every situation.

Well, have now done a ton of homework. Have some accounting to do tomorrow - can not understand accounting tonight. Then I have an accounting exam tomorrow. Fun stuff. Got a bunch of running around errands done today. Delivered a 6' tall weathervane to a lady in Wayland that had purchased it from my boss at his last show. Boss paid me like $60 to deliver it too. Nice! Lady was very stuck up rich and snobby. Found out when I got there that the nail that is used as a cotter pin type device was missing. Oh great, ( Read more... )
