Finally, here we are, the last week of lectures! 
I'm writing this entry post drama performances... and let me just say, WOW how amazing were they all!?!
Everyone put on such a great show! It was very enjoyable, there were many laughs and it was fairly interesting seeing people showcasing their talents on stage!

The Tempest and Caliban the ‘noble savage’

The BBC’s interpretation of ‘The Tempest’ was… well, interesting one could say. I don’t think I liked the portrayal of Caliban, he looked like something out of ‘Planet of the Apes!’ Perhaps a little over the top I thought! Reflection:

A day out of the ordinary, away from the usualness of life- something i needed! So i had a long awaited catch up with my best friend in the city. It was a beautiful day, the sun was out and the temperature seemed perfect, not too hot, not too cold. Our first stop was lunch in Hyde Park in front of the fountain. For my week six entry I thought I would finish off a poem that I begun in my common place book. It was inspired by a few of the sonnets we have been reading, mainly Shakespeare’s sonnet 65 which I thought was very difficult to dissect, yet very rich with meaning.
