Tony is a wizard! He's also very mildly precognitive, but not otherwise psychic (whether this is related to his status as a wizard is unknown). He'd notice if she was inside his head, I think, but would have to use an actual spell to keep her out. He had an unfortunate youth, so there's a lot of bad memories in there.
Fenris is an elf, and non-magical aside from the markings on his skin, which are made of lyrium, a magical ore. He has amnesia, which leaves him with only ~15-18 years of memories (length of time unknown, that's a headcanon guess). He has a lot of very nasty memories from his time as Danarius' slave (sexual abuse is Word of God canon, along with witnessing blood sacrifices, sort of thing), so looking at his memories isn't pleasant. |D; I would ask that you not control him, ever, since that's massive Bad Ping, and he would do his level best to kill Elspeth. Probably best if he not learn she can see inside his mind at all, really.
Hoo boy. Anya is not a telepath at all. HOWEVER, her mind is bit of a mess; there's some memories completely blocked off and pasted over with fakes, and a large amount of gaps over a long period of time where someone else had actively taken over. This period begins somewhere in her childhood (marked with the blocks) and ends with a large gap followed by Camp. She might be able to sense that there was someone living in the depths of her mind for that entire length of time. Idk, my canon and its ridiculously invasive magics...
But yeah, feel free to poke around and/or boss around with any of mine (Anya, Fluttershy and Eridan), I'm usually on irc whenever I can be. Oh, and Eridan's blood caste does have a kinda natural psychic resistance thing going on, but feel free to be able to push past it if you want.
Kuja is at least mildly telepathic and telekinetic. He doesn't really use either much, although he'd most likely notice her poking around in there. He's had a pretty decent life, although there's some less-than-pleasant memories lurking (most of them have to with Garland) and she might also be able to pick up on the fact that he's not human.
Gabranth is... mentally a mess. He's been getting better in Camp, but he's got very deep-seated issues that focus around his brother, and how his brother managed to run away from home and still keep his honor. He also has some lingering regret for the fact that he couldn't save his homeland and on top of that is the fact that even though he did what he thought was 'the right thing' by siding with the Empire that took over and destroyed his homeland, the Empire and those he works for haven't always been kind to him. So yes. Tread with caution.
Tesla is relatively uninteresting, apart from being the historical figure as well as being a vampire. :|b
Elspeth won't recognise Tesla as a historical figure, nor does she even know what the heck a vampire is. She'd be horrified to find out, though. Fun times!
Kuja is more than welcome to notice her poking around, if it comes up. She'd recognise him as a low-level farseeker, with his mild telepathy, so it's possible she would try communicating mind-to-mind with him.
Accelerator is a ridiculously overpowered telekinetic. He also has brain damage in the frontal lobe that gets compensated for via a medical device he wears around his neck - there's a choker with a network terminal and battery, and some wires that connect the terminal to electrodes behind his ears. The network terminal is connected to a network of ten thousand psychic clones' electromagnetic brain waves at all times. :|b When in Normal Mode (read: most of the time) he has mental shields up that protect him from deeper probing; mind readers can still pick up surface thoughts. When in ESPer Mode (read: whenever he flicks the switch on his choker) he is completely immune to all psychic invasions that a telepath would normally be able to commit, so his mind would be nothing but a blank slate to her. I am fine with minor telepathic conversation and reading of surface thoughts, though he would make her aware that he's not comfortable with it.
Nana (the one from Elfen Lied) is also a telekinetic. I have info in her stats/permissions on her

Dave Strider has a regular non-powered mind and is unable to resist mind-reading/control (it's in fact semi-canon he's especially susceptible to it), save his ability to time-travel. He will NOT be happy if she pokes inside his head however and will take whatever actions he can if he finds out she can do that.
Layle is like Dave: except his will is more powerful and he'll be more lenient if she pokes around inside his head. He also has a crystal inside his body that is linked to a very old, very strong power, but it's not something that affects his mind.
Brook is a skeleton. He HAS no brain, but he has a mind due to magical shenanigans, so while you can read what he's putting out, he doesn't really have anything to affect. So basically- mind conversations and mind control is no, mind reading is go.
Faust is a human. Yes, despite being nine foot tall. However he has "low-level" powers of reality manipulation and extremely high level shape-shifting abilities, which manifests itself in many ways that means I have to guess a lot as to
