In the United States alone, there have been 13,000 deaths this year (January 1st - April 16th 2009) from the regular flu (influenza).
Compared to a 159 dead from the "Swine Flu" (of which only 7 were confirmed that the death was from the actual H1N1 strain)? Not to downplay those who've died from this, but how is this anywhere near a pandemic?
