Ok so today was the day. I convinced Richard to come over and help me bottle the beer that has been aging for just a few extra days. As it stands the flavor wasn't bad, mellow hoppy, smokey, and sweet. If the reading was correct it should give about a 5-7%. Ok so it has been a while and I come looking for help. Does anyone know a good dentist that will work with me on paying off a tooth replacement, if I can't talk him/her into just pulling the damd thing? I had a tooth decide to come apart last night. It isn't painful just annoying.
