I promised Ireland stories and pictures, and then I was abducted by... stuff. Work and family and friends and such-like. Boring things like buying vacuum cleaner parts and vacuuming up birdseed that Stewart decided to spread all over the sunroom. Sorry I didn't get to continue the Ireland Adventure Recap last night. The Penguin Consort made me a lovely seafood Alfredo for my birthday dinner, and I must confess that this old lady fell asleep rather early, full of pasta and cream sauce and wine.

I will continue with the recaps tonight, ( but in the meantime, another picture: )

The Trip, Day 1

The Penguin Consort and I got back from our Ireland trip yesterday evening, ate some pizza, and promptly fell asleep. The trip was wonderful, and we had the chance to spend time with the spectacular stellanova and leedy, which was fabulous fun.

This week I'll do several posts on the trip. ( Day 1: Milwaukee to Dublin )
