It's official! I am heading to Maine at the end of February!

I was just fine living here until I saw that movie in the theater this month. The setting that it took place in looked very much like my home town. I don't miss living in Juneau because there is no road of of town. However, I do miss the mountains, waterfalls, deep green plants, and the smell of pine. I miss small towns and scenic drives. There is nothing here but sand. The abrasiveness of her surroundings leaves her feeling raw and exposed. Although the sun is blistering, the inhabitants here are wintry and remote.
