In Supernatural canon Michael is the third most powerful creature in the universe (at least until Season 6) so he needs a permissions post so I can know what's okay to do and know. I'd appreciate it if you could fill this out for me.

I also give blanket permission regarding the characters yellownecked, payingthepiper, troparion and zealouspeter.

The only restriction I ask is that Michael doesn't know anything about Neah (who resides in Allen as a kind of spirit, to put it simply) other than the fact that Neah's... there. This is mostly because canon hasn't released anything itself, so herp. The only other point of interest I might have is that Shiroe's a "Mu" rather than a human, but all that means is that he's telepathic, empathetic, ageless and telekinetic.

That said, would you be fine with him having an idea of what Michael is (if his nosy mind doesn't explode first), if they ever happen to meet up?

Noted on Allen/Neah situation. I don't follow DGM but I know it's complicated at least and understand that not everything has been revealed yet. XD

Michael's not hiding what he is so Shiroe can pick up on what it is.
