I am Back in New York, for anyone who is still watching the skies.

Ive been back in the land of the rising sun. Just getting back in the groove. I had a pleasent little mini vacation at the beach with a friend of mine and we had a great time.

Oh no! Live Journal was blocked by my schools new software. That and almost half my news sites. No Daily Kos! So I can only post from home for a bit. Yesterday and today was the Yuzawa school festival. Carnival games, contests, food and decorations. It was pretty fun. I had to judge the drag king and queen contest. Speaking of going home, I'm so pleased to be heading back to my small home town of Manhattan. I know, I know, never heard of it. I always have to give a little geography lesson when I talk about it. I met a fellow ALT at the market yesterday. It turned out he was going to check out batting cage that he heard about. I decided to check it out with him. He is from New Zealand so he always wanted to try out a bating cage. I guess they don't have them there?
