Carbs are going to be a problem this week. Seems Boston is not big on meet as a stand alone product.

My plan for tonight is a bit of a swim to loosen up and then the hot tub and pool to try to ride myself on some tension I have been carrying. Tomorrow will be some lifting and cardio machines in the hotel exercise rooms.

Good low carb day.

Started with 4 Ts and lots of lower back mobility and stretching. Three sets of Swipes then a series of sprints.

What's low carb? No cookies and cake or anything but I was not worried about carbs.

Several hours of good fighting. Lots of Res battles. Toward the end when everyone was tiring out, I started channeling Gunnar and was running all over the place thinking, MUST KILL, MUST KILL!!! ( which I did ).

Stayed well into the low carb range

Workout was more active recovery that a serious workout. 4 Tibetans with other Ab work and three sets of push ups.

Really working with Jimmy on stretching. He has lost most of the mobility in his back so I am making sure he get familiar with spinal rocks and hip movements / rotations.
